For the Delico company (St Anny’s) we have build two control cabinets for there Sui Mai and Wan Tan machine. The older control electronics were out dated, did not comply to machine guidelines and gave many errors in processing their dim sum production.
The older manual control knobs and buttons are replaced with a plc from IDEC and operated by a touch screen. Machine safety guidlines are updated not only electronicly, but also mechanicly thougout the complete machines.
